You can indicate your preferences (floor, view, historic room) in the comments when booking. We will do our best to accommodate them, without guarantee. For the Morrison Suite (room 32), book well in advance!
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), cash (euros) and bank transfers for groups. A pre-authorization of the first night is made at booking.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the first night is charged. Different conditions may apply during high season or for promotional rates.
Yes! We offer discounts for stays of 3 nights or more, long stays (week/month), and early bookings. Check our offers on the Booking page or contact us.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out before 11:00 AM. Our front desk is open 24/7, so you can arrive at any time.
If your room is ready before 3:00 PM, we will happily settle you in. Otherwise, we keep your luggage for free and you can enjoy the neighborhood. Contact us the day before to check availability.
A late check-out is possible until 2:00 PM for a supplement of 30EUR, subject to availability. Beyond that, an additional night will be charged. Ask at the front desk the day before your departure.
Yes, our luggage storage is available free of charge on the day of your departure. You can pick up your luggage until 10:00 PM. Beyond that, please inform the front desk.

Yes, absolutely. Each room has its own bathroom with shower or bathtub, toilet, hairdryer and quality toiletries.
All our rooms are equipped with individual reversible air conditioning. You can adjust the temperature to your liking.
Yes, high-speed WiFi (fiber optic) is free and available in all rooms and common areas. The code will be given to you upon arrival.
As the hotel is a historic 19th century building, there is no elevator. If you have difficulty climbing stairs, request a room on the 1st or 2nd floor.
The windows are double-glazed. Rooms facing the courtyard are quieter. If you are sensitive to noise, indicate it when booking and we will assign you a quiet room.
An extra bed is available in some rooms for a supplement of 35EUR/night. Baby cots are free (on request). Please specify when booking.

Yes! We serve a French continental breakfast every morning from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM: fresh croissants, baguette, homemade jams, cheeses, cold cuts, fruits, coffee/tea/juice. Price: 14EUR/person (10EUR children).

Yes, we welcome small pets (dogs and cats under 8 kg) for a supplement of 15EUR per night. Please let us know when booking.
Yes, a dry cleaning and laundry service is available Monday through Friday. Clothes dropped off before 10:00 AM are returned the next day. Prices available at the front desk.

How to Get Here
Hotel La Louisiane is located at 60 Rue de Seine, in the 6th arrondissement, in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Pres. Between Boulevard Saint-Germain and the Seine, 2 minutes from Cafe de Flore.
The nearest station is Mabillon (line 10), 3 minutes walk. You can also come via Odeon (lines 4 and 10) or Saint-Germain-des-Pres (line 4), 5 minutes away.
The hotel does not have private parking. The nearest public parking is Parking Saint-Germain (3 min walk, entrance rue Mazarine). Indicative price: around 35EUR/24h.
From Roissy CDG: RER B to Saint-Michel then line 4 to Odeon (about 1h, 11EUR). From Orly: Orlyval + RER B or direct bus. We can also arrange a private transfer (70EUR CDG, 55EUR Orly).
