Pricing Information
Prices per night include VAT and a single city tax. Minimum price +30 euros per room during major events (Olympic Games, World Championship, etc.). High-season rates: Prices by room type from MARCH 15 to NOVEMBER 25, 2024, inclusive. The prices below do not apply during the Olympic Games period, defined as: from Wednesday, July 24 to Monday, August 12, 2024, inclusive. During this period, reservations will be made only upon prior quotation. Summer rates: Prices by room type from July 30, 2023, to August 27, 2023. Low-season rates: Prices by room type from January 1 to March 14, 2024, inclusive, and from November 26 to December 31, 2024, inclusive.
Terms and Additional Services
Room entry: From 5 PM Room departure: No later than 10 AM Groups of more than 8 clients accepted only on quotation, full payment required upon reservation. Free high-speed WiFi 1 extra bed: +30 Euros per night 1 Baby bed: +30 Euros per night Early arrival - From 1 PM: +10 Euros per room Late check-out - Until 1 PM: +10 Euros per room Early morning arrival - From 11 AM: +20 Euros per room Extended check-out - Until 3 PM: +20 Euros per room Steam iron, hairdryer, kettle rental (if available): free (20-euro deposit) Meeting rooms of 65m² and 45m² available, rental only on quotation. Foreign currency payment fees: 10 euros (0-500 euros), 20 euros (501-1000 euros) City tax: 3.25€ per person per night. VAT on rooms: 10% - VAT on breakfast: 10% - VAT on services: 20% Prices are indicative and subject to change.
